today i’ve read a good article over at the brand savant blog by tom webster, where he states, what the real great thing about market research in times of social media is all about.
…. , this represents the real next generation of market research for brands–reengagement after the question, turning market research into relationships, and relationships into market research.
market research can greatly benefit from relationships that evolve from social media, as you as a market research professional have the possibility to ask for the why behind the what and can make much more sense out of the responses that way. but i don’t want to rephrase his post here, so get yourself over to toms blogpost – his thoughts are worth to be shared.
